GCCNA XXX RESCHEDULED
2020 Weekend Rescheduled for July 4th Weekend 2021
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, the Gold Coast Area Convention has been rescheduled for Fourth of July Weekend – July 2-5, 2021.
1. WHAT ABOUT MY 2020 TICKETS?
The convention will still be held at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa in Weston, FL. All registrations, banquet tickets, and comedy show tickets purchased for the 2020 convention will be transferred to the new weekend dates. The online sale confirmations with ticket download information will be resent in May 2021.
2. WHAT ABOUT MY HOTEL RESERVATION?
All 2020 reservations have been cancelled. A new room block has being set up for July 4th 2021 convention weekend. Visit the VENUE & DIRECTIONS section to make new room reservations.
3. CAN I STILL REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION?
Online registration for the convention remains open.
4. CAN I BUY BANQUET TICKETS?
Banquet ticket sales have been paused while we determine the new cost for 2021. Banquet ticket prices will increase for 2021, but this will NOT affect anyone who already purchased a ticket for 2020. (Your ticket will be transferred to the new date and you will NOT have to pay the price difference. However, any refunds who then repurchase will pay the new price.)
5. CAN I STILL GET INVOLVED WITH THE CONVENTION COMMITTEE?
GCCNA will continue to meet virtually. Subcommittee chairpersons will continue to provide monthly reports while the full GCCNA committee will only be meeting every 3 months from now until February (August 2020, November 2020, February 2021).
